Choose the Atrafen product, pick a reason for the return, and select your preferred refund or replacement.
Amazon provides return instructions and, in most cases, a prepaid shipping label. Drop the package at the designated carrier.
Once Amazon receives and inspects the return, your refund is issued to your original payment method — usually within a few business days.
